Hey! I’m Kaitlyn, a graduating Graphic Design student at Sault College and the Class President for our 2026 showcase, FLIPSIDE. Throughout the planning of the event, I’ve worked closely with classmates, sponsors, faculty, and community partners to help bring our graduating class’s work to life. What drew me to design was the combination of creativity, research, strategy, and problem-solving. I love the challenge of taking complex ideas and transforming them into meaningful visual experiences that connect with people and communicate with purpose.

Throughout the program, I’ve developed a strong passion for storytelling, audience engagement, branding, and creating work that has real-world impact. My approach to design is heavily driven by understanding how design can influence the way people think, feel, and interact with the world around them.

 

Looking ahead, I hope to continue growing within the creative industry, work remotely in a collaborative environment, and eventually pursue my long-term goal of becoming a Creative Director.
